We do not review, endorse, approve, or verify any content, investment opportunity, financial instrument, or other material made available by Tenants through the Platform. Nothing on a Tenant's data room constitutes advice, recommendation, or endorsement by Data Room.io.

If you are an end user of a Tenant's data room and have questions about how your personal information is handled within that data room, you must contact the Tenant directly. Data Room.io is not the appropriate contact for such requests.

Data Room.io is a technology company and is not regulated as a financial services provider. Any investment-related materials accessible through the Platform are the sole responsibility of the Tenant who published them.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Platform to you. Upon account closure, we retain your data for 12 months before permanent deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
Data held within a Tenant's data room is retained in accordance with the Tenant's instructions and their agreement with us.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and multi-factor authentication.
